Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
In accordance with AZG20016-002, construction projects, located within the Mohave County MS4 Permit area, that meet certain disturbed-area
criteria, must submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as part of their package for permit approval. This requirement is part of the Arizona Department of Environmental
Quality's (ADEQ's) Construction General Permit.
For areas oustide of the MS4, SWPPPs should be submitted directly to ADEQ for review. While each applicant may submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan that is unique and custom to their project and style, below are links to a few examples and guidelines to help developers and contractors in meeting this requirement.
